Attention to Care was established from a passion to tailor service delivery & support provided within the support coordination space. We aim to provide a quality personalised, face-to-face service.

Since establishing the business as a sole proprietor in 2022, we are now a team of 5 providing Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Social Work services. 

We specialise in working with youth at risk, complex diagnostic profiles and complex medical & physical disabilities.
