Our team of dedicated Coordinators come from the Aged Care and Disability sector.
We are committed to ongoing training and professional development and are proud to be providing the highest quality care to our participants.
At Attention to Care, we believe in providing support that takes into account your individual circumstances. Our team works closely with Participants, Families, Carers and Stakeholders to develop tailored goals and service plans to ensure you get the most from your NDIS plan.
Our main office is located in Coffs Harbour, however we also have a Wauchope based Coordinator and provide services via Telehealth all across NSW.
Currently we travel to Lismore, Grafton, Newcastle, Maitland and Sydney on a regular basis to ensure we maintain a face-to-face service as much as possible.
